Should LPRng be started at boot time: yes or no

If you say 'yes' here, LPRng will be started at boot time.
If you want to start LPRng by hand, you have to set this to 'no' and start
LPRng with 'Service administration', 'LPRng', 'LPRng Server Handling',
'Start LPRng' or on console with '/etc/init.d/lprng by_hand'.

Default: START_LPPNG='yes'
