  1. FFL-2202: "#!" should only start a shebang if found at the beginning of a line

    In r8668, this original behaviour was changed for unknown reasons. It broke
    squeezing lines like "a=${b#!}", as misinterpreting the nested "#!" as a shebang
    yielded "a=${b". (detail/FishEye)
