	Went ahead and fixed bug #301 (chown not working on symlinks)

	in fileAction(), I changed the chown() to lchown(); Hopefully, that
	doesn't break anything.  (I don't think it does).

	nested ?:?:?: madness in chmod_chown_chgrp.c
