cppzmq: add .hash file Fixes: http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/425/425ce97de58c53c4f56d43654c0ec8a7cd7c6430/ Similar to jquery-keyboard, it seems the cppzmq tarball on the autobuilder is corrupt.
