liblockfile: fix target-install dependencies liblockfile.so.1.0 gets installed into /usr/lib, not /lib, so the target install make target is always considered out-of-date. Do various cleanups while we're here. Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
