libaio: introduce a BR2_PACKAGE_LIBAIO_ARCH_SUPPORTS option In order to allow other packages to easily select libaio without duplicating its complicated architecture dependencies, this commit introduces a BR2_PACKAGE_LIBAIO_ARCH_SUPPORTS blind option.
