configs: ensure ARM EABIhf is enabled for configurations using cortex A9 Similar to the issue with the Atmel A5 based boards, the VFP is optional on A9 - So we need to enable it to be able to use EABIhf. Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <peter@korsgaard.com>
